• Female students, PhD-candidates, researchers etc. who would like to acquire knowledge on how to combine academic life and children
• Women and men, with or without own children, in higher academic positions who would like to support female academics who want to combine science and family life.  

Although EMIS mainly aims at improving the position of academic mothers in research, female academics in administrative positions are often in similar difficult situations. As a change of mentality within the university system is also dependent on the mentality of administrative staff, we highly encourage academic mothers in administrative positions to join this network.
