Although EMIS mainly aims at
improving the position of academic mothers in research, female academics in
administrative positions are often in similar difficult situations. As a change
of mentality within the university system is also dependent on the mentality of
administrative staff, we highly encourage academic mothers in administrative
positions to join this network.
